I hear you, but not necessarily. This is a very complex problem. These are smart people. They likely have many plans they could enact in response to a bunch of indictments. We don't even know what institutions they have corrupted and could control that they could use to seize back power by force if they were forced in to open war.
Think about the show Game of Thrones. Ned Stark was clearly in the right, and Cersei's hellspawn Joffrey didn't have any real claim to the crown since he was the incestuous lovechild of her and her brother, and not the son of the king.
But who ended up winning? Cersei did. Because it's not a matter of just being right. If someone can control certain powerful groups, control dissemination of information and therefore public opinion, etc, then it doesn't matter whether you're in the right and can prove it.
I hate to use a fictional reference, but it's actually quite a good example. Ned Stark was the king, because Robert made him the king. He legitimately held the office. Joffrey and Cersei had no claim. He had uncovered their crimes, he was exposing them. But he still lost, wound up in jail, got labeled a traitor, and was executed. Trump is legitimately president, and they have the evidence of their crimes, but if it's not done right, he could be deposed and destroyed.
I'm not saying I know either way what's going on, but if they did have all the evidence and Barr wasn't just doing cleanup crew for their crimes, it's not as simple as just dropping the hammer right now. There could be many problems that would lead to certain destruction if they did. It's still possible that they have some sort of plan.
That was all a great excuse 6 months ago. Anyone that says they designed a plan to extend into a second term and not try to root out corruption before an election can be stolen doesn't know what they're talking about. You can't leave something like that so open ended that it all pivots on a political election.
There's many possibilities. I'm not trying to sway you to any of them. I just think the only policy for now is wait and see. Truth be told, I'm leaning more toward your point of view, but just noting that it may not be the case.
"wait and see" = be complacent til the Deep State takes over. We have to demand Justice or we'll never see it. That Q complacency crap has got to be weeded out of this website.
Well I'm all ears. Demand justice in what way exactly? I'm with you in spirit, but "demand justice" is just as vague and useless as "Let's wait and see".
If there is some shadowy faction that holds this kind of power over the President and Attorney General, all the more important that they be utterly destroyed by patriotic Americans. This would be complete justification for a military coup and mass public executions of all such plotters. Or for Trump to summon the unorganized militia to invade their New York mansions in armed mobs of 50,000 men, and slaughter them all.
Yes, and you and I would be on the same page here, but if they controlled certain institutions, and the majority of the public believed them when they said they were the good guys, public opinion could sway, and liars could win. People seem to have some naive idea that the bad guys can't win. They absolutely can. There are also levels of victory. If the good guys win and then the country falls apart due to massive civil war, that's not exactly the best outcome either.
All I'm saying is, we can't really do much but wait and see what happens for now.

I'm over the Trust the Plan BS. No nice way to say it.
