The guy filming it and the monsters screeching around him were definitely in on it. Followed the guy as he stalked his victim and never even tried to shout a warning, then hooted and hollered as the guy coulda been/was? dieing. No way they called an 911 for an ambulance for the guy.
Charge them all with attempted Murder!!
