The way the guy falls ragdoll face first into cement sidewalk and by the way both feet plantar flex, to me looks like it was real as hell. He didn't do anything to stop the fall.

Yeah I doubt they filmed this with CGI though. Cops showed up and apparently found a pool of blood but no victim, so he walked it off or got dragged outta there.
