I’ll be surprised if Kyle sees the inside of a court room. Who knows, maybe the DA will do like they did Zimmerman and have a purely dog and pony show to keep the riots down.

Zimmerman's mistake was that he fully cooperated with any interrogation asked of him, without a lawyer present, because he genuinely believed the police were trying to help him rectify what had happened.

The problem is that the police are not the ones in the court room. All the remorse and cooperation becomes lifeless notes on paper that can then be used against you by lawyers who are more interested in payouts than the truth.

If I remember correctly they didn't bring charges until well afterwards when the media circus began.

Although I do agree 100% with your point.

Nothing new here. Rodney King was in what, 92?

I think they only get behind the cases they know are BS because then they can also pretent the officers were "let off" because of systemic racism.

I think they're running that play but body cameras and full length cellphone videos are fucking it up for them.

The call for removal of body cameras will get louder in the coming years.

I think the arbery guys will be found guilty which is ironic because besides Zimmerman, it was NOT the police on trial. They were criticized for not letting the police handle it. So much for community policing themselves.

This is all on purpose. People always say "Why couldn't they choose a better example of someone mistreated or murdered by police". It's deliberate. They deliberately choose someone who was a scumbag criminal, and cops who did nothing wrong. That way when the cops eventually get off, they use it for justification for their world view and further violence/rioting. They tell their low IQ followers, "See, the cops murdered all these innocent black men, and then they walk free. You live in a white supremacist society, just like I told you".

yes, but they were able to rake in billions to BLM -> Act Blue -> Demon Rats

furthermore, they have Defunded and abolished multiple major metropolitan police forces.

the average democrat voter has the attention span is that of a gold fish (or is dead)

Not convinced the McMichaels will walk away. They deserve to, but the prosecuter has a lot of angles to work with.

Chauvin's lawyer will mop the floor with the prosecution.

Same with Kyle.

They always protest in the name of a POS. Every single time, their martyrs are assholes like Michael Brown. Poor, innocent people like David Dorn don't get any protests in their name. It's fucking pathetic to see this.

Jeronimo Yanez (Castile) Acquitted, paid salary by department for 2/3 a year, sued Saint Paul and settled for undisclosed amount, but believed to be 16 million.

The MN cops...man, I don't see how they are not guilty...I mean, I do not think he is guilty of Murder I, but...he absolutely did not show regard for the person's well being. That said...who knows.

Did floyd act for his wellbeing?

He most certainly did not, but the problem is, the police have the power. He was already restrained. What exactly was the cop doing kneeling on the neck? And lets just say it was "accepted procedure", what was he expecting to do? They had him restraints...anyway, I don't know man, but the idea of a government agent kneeling on the neck of an American citizen...just doesn't sit well with me.
