Whenever, you make up a group (black people, women, etc.) and say "you are victims and the whole system is against you". You essentially remove the moral boundary that keeps everybody else in line. Because black people are told "you can't be racist because we've redefined racism to exclude black people" then you get a whole lot of black people that become the most vile racists imaginable.

Of course, not everybody is dependent on society to tell them not to be racist. There's people of every skin color that don't need society to tell them that they shouldn't treat people differently just because of the color of their skin. However, black people that don't have an internal moral compass, will descend to the depths of racism because leftist academics and race baiters have screwed around with the definition of racism to fit their pathological need to be victims.
