3118 Kenosha is his city and he was there to work. He’s a lifeguard and he did bring his EMT kit to help and weapon to protect himself. After work he would help clean the city by picking up trash and cleaning graffiti. He is a trained EMT/1st responder. He’s a youth volunteer fire fighter & police cadet.
