May I remind you that Australia has fought with American more than any other ally in our wars. Australia is fighting China more than we are. Australia's immigration system is far more based than ours is. Australia also has a system of voter ID that is better than ours because all citizens in Australia have to vote. So, frankly, there's a heckuvalot Australia is doing better than we are so trying to paint Australia as a place ruled by Stasi type fascism is ridiculous.
Yes, Australia has different laws than we do concerning internet posts but they also don't have Freedom of Speech guaranteed in their culture or their laws. They have an entirely different system than ours. Australia isn't nearly as cucked as the UK is or the way most of Europe is so stop pickin' on them.
Australia is not America's problem. Why would we even waste time, energy and resources fighting a domestic problem for Aussies to figure out? They're fully capable or organizing and pushing their own agenda. They don't need us to do it. btw, their lack of free speech also allowed them to 1) crack down on Chinese communist party astroturfing, 2) smack radical islam upside the head 3) quietly move all illegal immigrants to an island off their shore and then "process" them right back to their countries of origin without a ruckus. so there's some really good points about their laws restricting speech.
Why do we need to get this out? This is happening in Australia to Australians. Why not "get this out" in an Australian forum and venue.
