Yeah, my mom and grandma KNOW the MSM is all lies, feel repulsed by it, and yet for some reason STILL tune in every day and evening. It’s just something their generation is used to. The local news is part of your day and the evening broader news shows is how you start your evening.
I also used to be like that, not realizing it was all lies even though it always made me angry as a life-long conservative.
I replaced that habit by watching news I CHOOSE, on Youtube. I can put it on at evening news time and it's more rewarding, because I pick what I want to watch.
