No such thing as a harsh winter, that every single other group of people had to prepare for and endure. No reason to innovate means no real progress. Most of the area was still in the stone age until a few hundred years ago.
Yes, this is true. Its easy for people to say blacks didn't "evolve", but when humans first left Africa, all new completely different challenges awaited them. Modern humans from Africa and all their descendants were the only ones to survive. It took millennia, but it was the challenges they overcame that gave them the edge over all other hominid groups. The ones that stayed in paradise never had to worry until time caught up with them.
