Some people choose to judge people on their individual merit, and aren't into collectivist identity politics.

Claiming an entire race / religion is bad is a big generalization and is identity politics. It's literally categorizing people based on an identity.
Call out bad actors, bad ideas, and bad behavior.
Generally speaking, with regard to just about anything, are you against recognizing consistent patterns?
