First off I came here only to post this, believe me or not.
We were told not to even worry about the second or third shooting, only the first shooting. We are instructed to mainly interview witnesses from the first case. If the D.A can prove that’s murder, the second and third become almost automatic.
Here’s the concept for a layman, say someone robs a bank, kills a teller and is fleeing the scene. A random citizen tries to stop the fleeing suspect with a skateboard or any weapon and he kills him. When fleeing a crime, you aren’t protected under self defense.

So if DA can’t prove Kyle killed the red shirt guy, then he’ll walk because the other 2 are total self defence. And you’re implying that the first victim was killed by someone else. The shot to the back was the kill shot and there’s no way Kyle made that shot.
Sounds like head graze could have been one of the snipers you allude to. Could be the shot that McGinnis said hit the ground. The one that made him check his leg to see if he was hit. It was on Rosenbaums rt side and McGinnis was behind Rosenbaum to the right.
Not the case. Gaigs’ shooting also raises suspicion. If you watch the video from 3rd person then watch gaigs’ POV video then sync the gun shots so they are basically two different views of one event it gives a 180 of the events I’ve seen proposed here. What WE see is when Gaige had a SINGLE hand up in the video (3rd person) it HAD to be the cellphone as he was filming at the same time (POV). What further complicates this is it’s clear from the 3rd person video it was his right hand with the phone. It’s also clear that at some point he put the phone in his left hand and the gun in his right. We don’t know when that occurred. I’m going to ask if I can post that video today

But I think it’s obvious he had the gun in his hand when he was shot. That’s why he was unable to put it down after he was shot. I’ve seen it broken down on here. He feigned surrender hands up, then reached for the gun his waistband. Regardless of when he swapped hands with the phone he still hand the gun in his hand when he was shot. I don’t understand why the exact point he switched hands with the phone would make a difference. He was part of a mob that was chasing down a kid that was verbally and physically intent on assaulting him.
Exactly. Assuming that Gaige Grosskreutz briefly maintained a "hands up, don't shoot" posture while (per "Detectivedan2") holding a cell phone in his right hand, that is clearly NOT the moment when he was shot. Clearly he was shot after he put his gun in his hand and adopted a more threatening posture. It would be nonsense to suppose that he picked up the gun after the bicep-ectomy.

Thought I was the only one keeping tabs on this. It’s starting to not make sense. Kind of contradicting himself. Focus on making first shooting homicide, then the other 2 don’t matter. Well, kill shot on pedo Guy was from sniper. So no homicide for Kyle. Now bicep guy is also raises suspicions. I’ll watch and wait until Friday to make my judgment. But I’m beginning to think larp.
“If” this is true, that means he was only documenting the event and only pulled out his weapon after being shot at. I’m just going by your scenario. We don’t know when the gun was pulled. To put it clearly, we are not saying this is what happened.
There is two very different possibilities
Editing: under scenario 1, I believe it’s a clear case of self defense Under scenario 2, I think charges will stick and that will have to be hashed out in court.
