First off I came here only to post this, believe me or not.
We were told not to even worry about the second or third shooting, only the first shooting. We are instructed to mainly interview witnesses from the first case. If the D.A can prove that’s murder, the second and third become almost automatic.
Here’s the concept for a layman, say someone robs a bank, kills a teller and is fleeing the scene. A random citizen tries to stop the fleeing suspect with a skateboard or any weapon and he kills him. When fleeing a crime, you aren’t protected under self defense.
I’m not saying I agree nor disagree, just this is what we were instructed. To focus on making shooting 1 unjustified
Thought I was the only one keeping tabs on this. It’s starting to not make sense. Kind of contradicting himself. Focus on making first shooting homicide, then the other 2 don’t matter. Well, kill shot on pedo Guy was from sniper. So no homicide for Kyle. Now bicep guy is also raises suspicions. I’ll watch and wait until Friday to make my judgment. But I’m beginning to think larp.
Im not sure what you mean. I NEVER said a sniper shot him. What I said there was men on a roof behind him with guns, that is all I said. I didn’t say he fired a single shot. Here is my quote

Apologies. I didn’t mean to put words in your mouth. I found your statements about the possibility of another shooter or shooters plausible. Not saying this is what happened, but at the moment I’m willing to believe you are legit, and based off of just what you’ve said (remember you know more than I do) and the info already in public domain, this is how my thinking is working to draw those conclusions. I very well could be wrong.

I took the statements from the criminal complaint to extrapolate. McGinnis said the first shot hit the ground near him. Criminal complaint says McGinnis was behind Rosenbaum to the right. Rosenbaum’s wounds are also in the criminal complaint.
So, to me, there is the possibility of 3 shooters, from 3 ars. The two snipers firing from opposite directions. It would make sense to me that one from behind Kyle fired the head graze shot. It was on Rosenbaum rt side. Same side as McGinnis. The graze would have presumably hit the ground near McGinnis.
Kyles 3 shots (the number McGinnis gave in the criminal complaint, it could be more), would be to Rosenbaum’s left hand, left thigh and probably the groin would have happened when Rosenbaum was trying to get the gun. Maybe there are prints on the gun to show Rosenbaum was touching it?
From the videos out there, the first shooting spanned about 4 seconds. From what I could tell it doesn’t appear Rosenbaum ever had his back to Kyle. He falls face first and Kyle starts running around the car. You can see McGinnis flip Rosenbaum on to his back.
So if fifth and final shot, the kill shot was in the back, I would consider your suggestion of a shot from a roof behind plausible.
So, for me, that shows Kyle didn’t kill the guy, and it appears he was acting in self defense.
As for the Gaige stuff. These two photos are what I am basing my opinions on.

Hands up. Left foot forward. Kyle appears to have film pointed in Gaige’s general direction at about knee height.

Gaige has taken 2 steps forward and his momentum is still going forward. Weight on his left foot. Right foot is raised as if in mid step.
Gaige now has a gun in his right hand. The position of his arm in this photo and the position of the eventual wound appears to indicate a forward motion of his arm in this photo. As if he has just grabbed the gun from his rear waistband and is getting ready to aim.
Keep in mind in this photo Kyle has shifted position to face Gaige but his gun is not pointed at Gaige yet. It is low and behind. Kyle was moving with the threat. Yes I call Gaige a threat. Kyle has just been attacked by at least 2 people. Gaige, on his live stream, appears to yell “Get him”.
That coupled with the alleged comments from Gaige’s friend (my paraphrasing) I’m only disappointed I hesitated and didn’t empty my mag into him.
I still don’t see how Gaige can argue self defense. I still see Kyles actions as self defense.

Regarding your link to USA today, we knew Kyle was part of a group that split in 2. They were defending the 2 garages owned by the guy who owned the car lot that got torched in the days before. He was making his way to one of those and when he got there that group had left. He was trying to make his way back to the first. This was all in a radio interview with “Walt” who was one of the group.
Also, your statement, I know it’s not definitive

I’m not trying to disparage you or put words in your mouth in any way, shape, or form. Just trying to understand what happened. It’s hard to judge tone in text.

I don't know about the sniper thing. I guess the truth will come out sooner or later.
The idea that somebody is studying these videos of Kyle so very obviously being hunted by angry looters and arsonists, and that the attorney's office are right now doing their best to find a spin on this footage to put Kyle away, is just sickening. Whether Detectivedan2 is a larp or real, we do know this is exactly what the Kenosha DA's office is doing.
