Agreed. I didn't see any pepper spray while he was filming. He was there to pretend he was just some random guy who caught the crime on his phone. Anyone who is a true witness would have said "OH MY GOD! I JUST WITNESSED A MURDER!!" But this guy made up a story about pepper spray.

The black car that almost runs over the victim on the ground stopped at the red light. Then seconds after the shooting he blew the red light directly at the spot of the shooting. I understand that we have a different vantage point and in the heat of the moment things are foggy but that seems weird. I would definitely run a red light in that situation but it would be to leave the aera not to stop 200 feet later and jump right out of the car. That black car really has my attention.
