Could this guy be filming/streaming for Antifa as live surveillance? What is the delay like for the streamer to the viewer?
I don't know the delay time but it certainly gives the handlers a view of what is going on.

They are livestreamers. Their videos are live on FB, YT, Twitch, etc. They get contributions from viewers. I am surprised he did this online this way.
The purpose was to document this for a number of reasons.
Proof that the hit was done and everyone did their job (for payment reasons).
