Easily. Book deals, production deals and art are the biggest money laundering schemes in existence. Hell you just make a foundation and pay yourself a salary or consulting fee or some such bullshit and never have to work if you're powerful enough. They'll never crack down on it though because they're the biggest benefactors. It's like expecting them to have integrity by not upping their salaries every year, or voting for term limits, or restrict any stock market investments. Never going to happen
