The DC Court of Appeals just ruled that the COURTS can prosecute whoever they want, even if the prosecution and defense BOTH say there was no crime committed. Let the ramifications here sink in. Barring a SCOTUS reversal, America now has the justice system of a Third World country. (i.maga.host)
