The skateboarder does not appear concerned with gunfire going off beside him. Someone shouts GO GO GO, possibly helping the murderer escape.
Yes the cameraman was so disturbed by it his camera didn't move. Just like the skateboarder slowly walks away after recovering his skateboard and covering the side of his face being filmed as he walks. I also often turn my flashlight on and hold it up near my face after i've been maced. Takes the burn away instantly!
The mace had nothing to do with the skateboarder covering the side of his face. It was an attempt to hide IMO.

That immediately stood out to me in the original video. Camera man didn’t react AT ALL to two obvious gunshots within 50 yards of him.
