No. If Trump somehow lost, he'd pardon Flynn before leaving. I think this Flynn thing is why the Deep State is fighting so hard and that there is a real good chance they cheat their way to victory via the mail in ballots. We can't let that happen. They are trying to run out the clock. They have to keep Flynn from rejoining Trump's team in an official capacity during the second term at all costs. Sure looks that way. If Trump pardons Flynn, any info/dirt he comes out with would be considered coming from guilty man who was pardoned. What the fuck does Flynn know? It appears VERY important for them to go to these lengths.
I agree on one level but then at another level, it's not like Flynn can't speak or talk. He can tell what he has and then Barr or Pompeo or someone can act on it.
BUT... given my perception of the Democrats and politicians in general, they my just be dragging out Flynn's prosecution "just for fun" -- or "just for effect".
I would ask Flynn and Sidney if they want a pardon. I bet they don't. I'd wait for the "dispatch" as the order says and see what happens. And then appeal again up to the supreme court if necessary. As everyone points out, this is critical to the rule of law. Judges can not become prosecutors which is what Sullivan is trying to do.
That’s a swift kick in the balls then. So much for the rule of law.
