All “Big Mike” jokes aside (and they are HILARIOUS), as a 6’4” white man with a big smile, I find a lot of times black people (seemingly) deliberately avoid eye contact, often (not always but enough to notice) even ignoring a general greeting if we meet in a store aisle or something. I’m not butt hurt about it. Everybody has their thing I guess, just something I’ve noticed.
