Sorry for the long wait. That means a lot to me that you found me being confident. I haven't signed since my breakup with my deaf ex 5 months ago and she allows her daughter to call me and since then I feel my confidence dropping because I only really see signing from a 5 year old now instead of every day and on deaf chats and game nights we would have with the deaf community.
I would love to get back into it, I would hate to just never use what I have learned so far.

I just do the movement where the "hair" is being raised from one side then it goes over to the other side and rest there. The hand should be resting across your forehead -- bottom of the palm on one side of the forehead, while the tips of the fingers on the other side.

Last time one of these was posted, my Deaf friend said "translator is not good." I replied, "Biden really is saying that." He just couldn't comprehend that it was actually Biden talking.
I don't know what Biden was saying as there was no subtitles for me to read but knowing how Biden tend to pause/stutter his sentences, the interpreter was showing through sign language the, "pauses" and the "umm/ehh/lemme think".
You see when the interpreter was moving his hands in a circular movement, that's an indication that the presenter (Biden) is thinking/trying to formulate a sentence. That's how we know he's thinking or at least trying to make a sentence.
But based on the clip alone, I understood what the interpreter was saying:
"This year coronavirus start spreading ... example ... really ... umm... umm... 'stop' important consider who died"

Personally, I prefer closed captions. But I'm in a small minority. The vast majority of the Deaf community prefer interpreters.
