I had lunch there today and had a sandwich they call "The Pepe" on their menu. And it was also #1 on their menu. It's a ham and provolone sub. But that name and it being the #1 made me wonder if they are based?

The previous owner was pro gun, sold to Arbys last year though

Well, I definitely recommend the Pepe. It's a really good sandwich. I get the 16 inch one.
