Yeah it’s a shame, Holosun is doing some great stuff atm but that’s all made in Chyna too.
The MRO would still be my go-to. Not exactly budget but it’s not Eotech or Aimpoint levels of pricing either, and it’s probably the most proven outside of those two brands.
If it’s a plunker for fun and games, a Japanese-made Vortex Strikefire II is fine.
But especially when it’s a critical PD situation, it can’t be breaking or take five seconds to get working. You spend the dough on the quality ones, and rest easy.
Of course, good old irons never have batteries to die.
Yeah, one thing I hate to see is people with a collection of five different guns with a bunch of cheap stuff stuck to them. In reality you need one, you need it to work, and you need to train with it. It’s fine to have stuff you play around and have fun with, but the priority should be to get your one serious rifle set up properly, then worry about the fun stuff for your Sunday Gunday posts later.
No! Romeo 7 is Chinese asshoe! Same with the Romeo 5.
Aimpoint Pro, made by Swedish bombshell women.
Or a genuine Made in USA Leupold.
The Romeo 4 line is also US made.

With the better ones, you buy once, and cry once.
