Indeed! Just procured a Kel-Tec KSG. I have experimented with 7 slug shells in one chamber tube, and 7 00 Buck shells in the other. (2.75") With some Magpul flip-up sights, it's fairly accurate out to 25M with the slugs. Flip the lever from slugs to buckshot for close-in devastation! Kind of a cool system. So far no malfunctions, but I have only put about 100 shells through it. Seems solidly built!
I have had a KSG for about 6 years, put maybe 1000 rounds thru it shooting clay birds. I've only ever had 1 malfunction when my friend didn't fully rack it or some shit, I quickly took it down and cleared it in 10 minutes.
Check out Hi-Tech for some great additions. The extended tube selector, charging handle, and single point bungee sling are all great.
