When I got out of high school, I started to wonder why we spent so much time on Joe McCarthy, not just in history class but in English class as well. 5 years later, I now know why. He was the boogeyman that our commie teachers latched onto to pound into our heads that he was evil. They wanted us to think they were the victims the whole time not the problem. That's why we spent so much time studying him and Hitler as 'the ultimate evils' but just skim over Stalin or Mao. It all became so clear when seeing it all in motion all these years later.

If we fail to secure assurances of a fair election before November we should act.
