The WI Court Records show 5 incidents. Only 2 were brought by the State and 1 resulted in a conviction. It was a misdemeanor, not a felony. The rest were city citations that resulted in fines being paid.

There's an alternative: the motion to dismiss the gun possession charge is dismissed and the prosecutor can appeal. Remember double jeopardy only applies if there's a trial, for each individual charge.
That said, the prosecutor's overlords will force them to drop the charge instead of appeal so they can exploit the SCOTUS' idiotic position that a case must work its way up the courts to them to be decided nationally. So they can continue to abuse the rule, you know.

The WI Court Records show 5 incidents. Only 2 were brought by the State and 1 resulted in a conviction. It was a misdemeanor, not a felony. The rest were city citations that resulted in fines being paid.

There's an alternative: the motion to dismiss the gun possession charge is dismissed and the prosecutor can appeal. Remember double jeopardy only applies if there's a trial, for each individual charge.
That said, the prosecutor's overlords will force them to drop the charge instead of appeal so they can exploit the SCOTUS' idiotic position that a case must work its way up the courts to them to be decided nationally. So they can continue to abuse the rule, you know.

As I understand it the militia considers itself the last line of defense against a tyrannical government, and they're more interested in the Federal government which I think has been ok. Whereas State and local governments have been tyrannical af, and militias haven't been interested in acting on that. Even though militias are confined to State borders. So I'm puzzled by this. Still, having local allies is becoming more important! Have you seen mymilitia.com, or did you find a different online resource helpful?
I use my militia. I talk over email with them and on the site. So far theyre great guys and responsive. I have a back injury from work right now but I hope to be back to as normal as possible soon. I want to meet the guys and go shooting with them, but I need to wait till I'm as recovered as possible.
We have a Democrat-run justice system where a good teenager who was defending himself from an angry and violent mob is charged with murder while hundreds of Antifa and BLM rioters burn, destroy, loot, and attack with no consequences.

The heroics and skill/angelic guardianship to the blatantly false and partisan charges, to the horrific display of abandoned justice for the true perpetrators to the open void of law and order to the insurrectional behavior of the local leadership is stunning and blood boiling.

Kyles's case is a massive self-defense case where if he is rightly let go it would send a very loud message to all Americans.
