Also worth noting is that the Left has been openly hunting down Kyle’s cell with the intent to kill him in jail.

I don't know why I heard he was in juvenile detention, he's in County jail. Solitary confinement is definitely punishment by the State, and I have no idea if there's legal recourse for that but there should be with all that's known about it.
