If live (where Biden and Trump are in the same rooom and Biden gets fed lines from an earpiece) - - Biden will flub lines and may start arguing with the voice in the earpiece.
Just controlling the questions AND doing everything remote (so Biden can more easily read responses from a teleprompter) will be difficult.
Going FULL CGI remote also has problems. Say if there is a delay, or a bug, or 4chan pulls another "Tay" AI prank and virtual Biden starts, well...
