For sure - trying like hell to get traction on this. Only 17 upvotes, but it shows who may be additional players involved in this.
There is an even longer cut 22+ minutes, but this 11 minute cut does show even more then the smaller 4 min one.
I am leaning more and more towards this cam guy knowing the shooter was going to go kill someone.
