I caught wind that the company I work for will be rolling out "diversity" training soon with the HR Dir desperate to push critical race theory. There's no way I'm taking that, but I'm not going to just tell them it's stupid and that be the end of it.
I want to present my stance with the goal of removing that training company-wide and I think in order to be successful I need to present well worded counter points with evidence to back it up.
I'm asking if the pede community can share resources, studies, verifiable facts, etc. that you have found useful in persuading the conversation away from Marxism and back to rational thought.
I never thought people would be so easily persuaded on such a large scale to adopt such ridiculous ideology, but here we are...
your best bet is to find another job ASAP. Only after you have a new job secured should you even consider countering this training.
You should document as much of this "training" as possible: procuring manuals, online material, any and every piece of training made available.
Did it seem like targeted harassment against you or anyone else? did you feel threatened? Did the training create a chilling effect which makes you hesitant to speak up about future issues you might have while working at the company?
Think about questions like these during the training and write your concerns down while fresh in your mind. Present them along with the training evidence to your lawyer.
Also present to your lawyer that the reason you took a different job is because you did not feel safe at your old company for fear of being a victim of retribution/punishment/harassment due to the required training.
There's no reason to go on a long tirade about it. It's simple logic. You can't push up one race without pushing others down.

The problem is that businesses are mandating the indoctrination of ideals that are not congruent with reality. Unless you have solid data and analytical research you can't really stand up against the machine without looking like a moron and putting a target on your back. Logic doesn't work on the left unless you can intelligently persuade them with factual data. I would be interested in any resources to combat this B.S. as well.
Like Gender Theory, critical race theory is just that, another THEORY out of academia. Neither are science. Neither are fact. They are just theories that the retards are shoving down our throats. Marx built his bullshit from Kant’s rubbish ponderings. Kant was anti-God and tried to “prove” through philosophical reasoning that God doesn’t exist. Kant drove himself mad. Literally. Nevertheless Marx thought he was onto something. Marx was obsessed with Power and how to get it.

Poisoning the minds of children with gender theory and critical race theory are huge threats to our future. Twisting reality to enslave minds, and make good liddle cannon fodder soldats. Marx produced a manifesto to break down every aspect of society as we know it. The Family is currently under direct and active threat from the Teachers union and academia.
Soviet Russia was and Communist China is a Marxist society. The individual doesn’t exist. You become a barcode supporting the collective, always with a little conclave of super-rich living like kings on the top.
In school, I would do the assignment, even if I disagreed with the premise. I would turn in a great product with the verbal caveat that I didn’t believe any of it. If the work is good and the worker is respectful, perhaps verbal dissent will be ok. That being said, I agree that you should try to find a new job and then quit. A company pushing sjw bullshit will eventually reap the whirlwind and go bankrupt.
