Maybe he'll marshal deep state forces to irreparably damage trust in the judiciary and security services through hideous, nigh-treasonous abuse of power. Perhaps he'll engage in utterly corrupt, state-sanctioned spying that made Watergate look like a church picnic, leaking classified documents to his attack dogs in the media as required.

He might also tie up the executive branch in three years of tantrum-motivated, baseless prosecution based on circumstances he himself engineered and false evidence he himself manufactured. Outside the rotten halls of unaccountable power, loyal only to his agenda, his useful idiots will no doubt riot and murder, burning cities while his loyalists in local government cheer them on, to a chorus of narrative-addled media telling you to believe them over what your eyes are clearly seeing.
