I'm in Lakewood, Ocean County, NJ. Proud to say it's the #1 most pro-Trump town and pro-Trump county in the very blue state.
I'd love to see a secession movement of some sort (including the bordering Republican municipalities in other counties) - Ocean State or even Ocean Republic! 😲
Monmouth is also pretty damn red. Been seeing a good number of Trump flags, Trump 2020 masks on faces, and MAGA hats. Of the 8 employees that work under me all but 1 are voting TRUMP. This fake pandemic and rioting has red pilled people on the fence real hard.
99% of those assholes will vote blue when they metastasize to other states.
It's debatable if it's even more than half, definitely not "99%".
NJ voted 43.38% for smaller government parties (Trump, Libertarian, or Constitution), and it didn't go "all blue" until recently. There are many NJ counties where Trump won big.
I think it's Republicans that are more likely to now be leaving the state.
