First off, dont work out for women, work out for YOU. Second, get a pullup/ dip machine. Once youre able to do 10 pullups (any grip ie over or underhand) and 10 dips, then worry about your arms: no reason to have hot rims on a jalopy. Athlean X on youtube is good, bodybuilding.com is good as well. EFX is a workout/ no weight video exercise set thats pretty good for having proper body mechanics. Dont smoke, i do that and it KILLS cardio and vascularity, but im trying to quit.
Alright pull up machine will be what I look into next. And dw about smoking for me bc I never smoked a second of my life.
