I am tired of being a malnourished skeleton with no muscle. I want to look good already so I can fuck already. 19 years old still never fucked a girl or had a girlfriend. Let's see how I look 6 months from now. Wish me luck TD'ers!

Remember, rest builds muscle. Exercise breaks it; and then it gets built up when you are NOT exercising. When you are asleep.
Really research this, get some good guidance. Have lifting gloves, very important; you sure don't want to drop weights; everybody uses them. Have good socks and excellent, expensive shoes that aren't tight. Don't answer the phone when you are working out. Drink water before, during and after working out. Have a happy attitude, don't make it a chore. Enjoy. Make sure there is a window open somewhere, for good air. Yes, wear no masks at all, ever, when working out. You need all the oxygen you can get.
Eat meat, eggs, but not much sugar or alcohol, and no, don't smoke. Anything. Take a one-a-day normal multivitamin.
Get good quality sleep, with a darkened room. Keep water next to your bed for when you get thirsty in the night. Keep regular hours, if possible, meaning get up and go to bed at the same time every night.
Be patient and let it develop.
Yeah for sleep I'mma have to get a few more hours than I already do. Usually I get 6 hours of sleep because I have to wake up early, but that's prob not enough.
Lifting gloves I will for sure need to get because the skin on my palms are already burnt from lifting today.
And meat is probably something I have to start eating again. I been vegetarian for the past 8 years bc eating meat just grosses me out, but I suppose I will have to get over it.
Thank you for all the advice
Sure. Yes, gloves is standard safety practice. Yes, try and try to get more sleep. If you can't in one stretch, try for a nap in the day. Whatever works with your life. But that is when your body builds muscle, no other time.
Good quality beef steak, cut into thin strips and fried, will do fine. A little garlic powder and black pepper powder will make it attractive to you.
Good shoes are no luxury, they are essential; you don't want to flatten your arches.
Learn and learn about this; you sure don't want to rip any muscles or hurt yourself.
Don't let any people be at all near you when you are working out.
It's a good thing to do. It will serve you all your life.
also the mens multivitamin I don't take because I was worried about it giving me excess DHT leading to male pattern baldness, but I dunno if that concern is just bs I made up. I got a lot of hair now, but I'm just looking for my future.
You will go bald or not based on your genetics. It has nothing to do with what you eat. So take the vitamin. Don't take more than the label says. That goes for everything. Don't get into weird nutrition things.
You might take a normal multivitamin not a special "men's multi vitamin."
As for balding, most men do lose some, some lose it early, some late, some not so much, and some keep all their hair forever. There is nothing to do about it. You will either keep your hair, or lose it when it doesn't matter anyway, later in life, when everybody else is losing theirs too, and it is normal and expected.
