I am tired of being a malnourished skeleton with no muscle. I want to look good already so I can fuck already. 19 years old still never fucked a girl or had a girlfriend. Let's see how I look 6 months from now. Wish me luck TD'ers!

You can build a very strong body in a relatively quick period of time.
I really recommend that you do body weight exercises. Total body weight exercises in addition to lifting weights.
Push-up sit-ups body weight squats supermans and pull-ups are fantastic for you
I recommend you get on a program. You can do a lot of these and they give rapid results and they help with injury prevention, developing stability and strength.
Weights are good too but maybe a 12-week program of building your body with body weight exercises will reduce the probability of any kind of injury.
