I didn't see anyone discuss this guy. In the long walking video he is talking on a bullhorn at the corner and standing with the shooter while shooter makes phone calls. He announces on the bullhorn something that I can't understand and then leaves in the other direction than shooter and live streamer, but then appears to be the driver of the charger than zooms in after the shots are fired and yells the other guy is a medic. Seems to be some type of BLM organizer?
