Just trying to keep myself busy. Woke up a couple hours ago with chattering teeth, violent shaking, and a heart beat that was so fast I thought I was gonna have cardiac arrest. Paramedic (in training) roommate and other roommate checked me into the ER. Tested negative for commie cough (God bless) but doc thinks it might be another infection or pneumonia. Temperature is getting slightly higher but feeling ok just starving now. They just scanned my chest for infection and am awaiting results.

Edit 1: So, my temperature went back down to normal (99.2 for me is the norm), heart rate went down a bit, no sign of infection in my chest. Just waiting to get my blood work back so I can go the fuck home.

So, I'm not looking for sympathy but I'm bored as shit. I view y'all as my brothers and sisters on this God Dom and wanna chat. Sorry for the long text.

Panic attack

Edit: I think it was 6 or so years ago, working a full time job plus running a home business, drinking coffee all day long, smoking a pack a day, work sunrise to midnight, no exercise, and then one day my body was like “lol no.”

Felt like I was dying or something. Was anxiety attack from stress and poor health. Doctor convinced me to quit smoking and reduce caffeine. Then the good lord helped me with my business by making it fail lol, switched careers and am healthier and happier.

Good health and God speed, pede

Yup it was a panic attack. But I'm not overtly stressed about anything, don't drink much at all, don't smoke, don't drink coffee. I am a lazy prick and don't exercise but aside from that, I don't understand why I was having a PA.

They can come about for reasons unknown, and can start seemingly randomly. Take it as a bodily hint you need to eat better and start with some simple exercises.

Ask a close friend or spouse if they think you have a big stresser. I had no clue until I really thought about it
