Can't find one on Veronica Baker, are all of these race motivated? I hate to play devil's advocate, the last thing I want to do is share this with someone and have it not be a hate crime. I am not a leftist, I actually look to see if there is racial motivation.
Edit: The only case I see so far with actual hate/race motive would be Nick Wall and Laura Anderson. All the one's you provided show no proof of it being a hate crime other than victim being white and shooter black.
Is the cops arresting a rapist a race motivated event? Hold them to the same standards they hold. Blacks are murdering whites, whites are not murdering blacks.

I looked at the first three of yours and I'm not seeing anything about them being racially motivated but I only scanned themn.
