This shit happens all the time. To get custody as a man, you have to be very lucky with the judge you get and the ex wife has to be unstable in some way.
Peak clown world is- if you report this stuff and call DCFS, it's more likely to be used against you in court. I have relatives working on a case against lawyers for advising them to not contact DCFS. A doctor treating the child advised them that if they didn't, he would. They reported against their own lawyers advice and we're essentially punished for it by a half assed DCFS investigation that ended up painting them in an accusatory light. The council for childrens rights in Charlotte is also a big fucking joke.

This. GIiven that the feminist government wont help men, we need to educate our sons to be selective to save them from a misandrist world that will punish them severely for their mistakes. Whenever I work with younger men at work who talk to me about indiscriminately sleeping with whoever will let them; I ask them, how do you think this woman would behave if she had your kid? Do you want this woman raising your children? Despite portrayal in media and scenema, men should be the selectors this is why feminism gets so much power. For years women had to be the selector. There was no birthcontrol, murdering babies was illegal, so they had to be the selector, otherwise they would end up with a baby and no support! So they had to pick fine men, and used marriage as a tool to find those men. It mostly resulted in a concerned and thoughtful woman pairing with a considerate and hardworking man.
But now women can use sex as a throwaway tool for all sorts of things, without the chains of a human life holding them back. And they are exploiting the years men didnt have to be a selector to their advantage, knowing men are eager.
And it doesnt help that this also lowers the bar of entry for men too. Men had to Impress women more back in the day for sex because of the risks the woman faced if they chose the wrong guy. But now women can compile more short term resources if they have more sex with more men. Long term consequences to health, happiness, etc aside, there are absolutely ZERO short term consequences for women.
But i think as men are raked over the coals more and more as it pertains to women, men will wise up, and hopefully be more selective as a whole. But it will probably be a while.
I mean, I don't think traditional relationships are any more likely to end well. There are countless examples of this. I'm not just saying this because hook ups are what I do (did? Haven't done it since Covid-19 due to unwillingness to enter other people's houses.) but because I genuinely believe the traditional position is actually even more precarious and even easier for them to abuse.
