My take is that it would be an odd thing for the girl to make up, even if her father told her to lie about it. The grandma, who must be the mom's mom, thinks it's not that bad or honestly doesn't believe her. I'm assuming her sister is filmimg? and then gave the footage to her dad who released it for custody reasons
