It's the courts that are ordering this. I don't think politicians really have a say in that decision; it's two different branches of government.

But they can investigate wtf is going on with the mom/grandma/mom's bf. What else is sickening is the girl has a social worker who can see how distraught the girl is and she does NOTHING. Wtf even have a social worker if they're not intervening in a situation like this?
