Christians are so secretive about conflict in the church but you are doing everyone else in that congregation a disservice if you don't PUBLICALLY call this out. I'd be standing up in the next prayer service and asking for prayer for guidance about leaving the church due to the ill-informed ideology being preached. Will take some BIG balls... but otherwise all you're doing is farting into the wind. You'll leave and no one will know or be told the real reason why and you'll be painted as a racist that couldn't handle what was being taught about black people.
