All of europe is that slow or slower. Only the US has the "right to a fair and speedy trial." We are also the only ones with "innocent until proven guilty".

Eurofag here, and I can confirm the justice system in my country is slow AF. Things get dragged for years and years on a routine basis. Innocent until proven guilty seems to stand for now among the judicature, not for the lack of effort of feminist mobs trying to tear it down and impose vigilante justice.
