Unless Aisha was a unicorn, a 9 year old girl, of any ethnicity, in any era, is unquestionably prepubescent. She won't be physically much different than a 9 year old boy. Someone "having sex" with her is not just abusing her, but is a perverted pedophile.

Also, if penetrated before (sufficient) physical maturity, the vaginal tissue can fuse with the rectum. If that happens, sterility is certain.
