Honestly, I’d argue it is less dangerous today than 5 years ago. In the 2016 election, radical Islamic terrorism was in the top 3 major concerns for American voters. Terrorist attacks were common (Paris, Pusle night club, San Bernardino) and ISIS was still a thing (allowed to grow by weak American policy). Today, sure the Twitter very racial atmosphere has amplified but radical Islamic terrorism is hardly in top 10 of most voter concerns. I’d argue the larger threat is domestic terrorism which is what we see today in the form of these communist riots
I think it depends on where you are. Europe got flooded with radicalized able-bodied young men who have been wreaking havoc on the native population for years. Grooming rape gangs, mass shooters, car attacks, burning down cathedrals and churches, etc. I think it’s still pretty dangerous to do this in Europe, perhaps even more so than somewhere that GEOTUS has cleaned up (ie Saudi Arabia, UAE, Syria).
