There's certainly something to be said for maintaining a fully-independent military engineering and procurement tradition when it comes to a country/region's ability to defend itself, in contrast to the nations of Europe that have thrown theirs one by one into the trashcan in favor of socialist handouts, and given the demographics shifts as you point out, it's probably a good thing they did. When France is Islamic, they'll have obsolete AMX tanks and some Eurofighter prototypes. And nuclear weapons, too, but hopefully the French brass will see that writing on the wall and denuclearize before their 1453 moment.
Homogeneous populations can't be defeated even with nuclear weapons.
Heterogeneous (highly diverse) countries can be defeated with just a whisper of a rumor as we saw in Minneapolis last week.
If eastern Europe can preserve themselves, they can puff W Europe away at will, and then it will be a clever soft power game against entrenched Chinese interests.
We will keep seeing this internationalist cabal at play, but as information continues to proliferate and population IQ continues to drop, open attacks on our banking elite will accelerate.
They will eventually be forced off the hide of our nations, and will likely concentrate somewhere like New Zealand and Switzerland thinking they're safe. Then the hard powers will jockey for control of them, and in the chaos of stupidity mistakes will happen and they will be squished like swollen ticks.
