I predict his comment will look something like this.

Exactly. I have no problem with this. Who wouldn’t make the same decision?

He was already rich with great income

Would I take 300 million bucks to sell out? Yes!

Would I if I already was making millions a month because I get 100s of millions of views a month, sell merch, do stand up shows and host UFC's? Nah I'm pretty good man, I can do that and not sell out.

He'll regret it. The money won't make him happy, he had enough to buy anything he wanted. Then he will have rules of who he can have on his show and what questions to ask and he will hate it.

He sold his soul

This is nonsense. The only reason they would pay that amount is because in their reasonable opinion it was worth AT LEAST that.

The implication is that Rogan, who is already rich, would have earned that amount of money eventually anyway-- But now he has a boss.

He was already rich. He doesn’t need to sell out.

Wasn't he saying how he has full control over his show? If that's the case, then how are they doing this without his go ahead? Answer is, he gave them the go ahead.
