In other words, we really don't know how many died from actual Covid-19 and no one can tell us. It's certainly a lot less than the 180,000 figure they keep pushing.

correct interpretation. 6% is the floor, 100% is the ceiling. Reality of actual covid deaths is somewhere in between.
