They stole Franken's seat in 2008 this way, they kept "finding" ballots. Franken voted rose like 5-1 compared to Obama in those "found" ballots. They want you to believe that were a lot of lost McCain-Franken ballots on election day. Also Johnson straight up stuffed his ballot box for his senate seat.
Did the same thing in the Washington Governor's race in 2004. Same people as worked on Franken's campaign. There were several counties where the number of votes cast exceeded the number of residents - not registered voters - residents. The lameass US attorney Bush told to investigate claimed he couldn't find any fraud, and when Bush fires him, he sued. Useless POS swamp critter John McKay. Same idiot who went after Canadian marijuana activist Marc Emery for marijuana seed distribution from Canada.
Orange County was hard red since FDR in 1936. Then all of a sudden all precincts voted Blue in 2016 and provisional ballots went from 1 in 100 in 2004 to 1 in 10 in 2016.

It's amazing how many people don't understand that your states are the ones casting the vote based on how their residents vote. So if 66% of California residents want candidate X, California sends its electors for Candidate X because the majority of California wanted candidate X. The national popular vote total was just a thing to weigh how the overall population feels, but it was never a factor. In fact, as part of our federal constitution, it was originally ignored entirely.
