It's easy when you control the board of elections in a towering metropolis. Just takes one tainted office and you have hundreds of thousands or millions of votes in your pocket. All you have to do is keep half a dozen people well paid to shut the fuck up.

Most elections only produce a third of eligible voters turning out. But we're expected to believe 107% of voters did their civic duty?
