In California for decades generally the buzz overheard, sentiments eavesdropped on in public places, provided a good signal for what would come out of the ballot box in the State.
That signal broke somewhere in the last decade.
In 2016 is where I really noticed wild deviation from what I overheard on the street, and disconnect for what came out of the ballot box.
If they were similar, or slightly skewed one direction... I could be convinced(I could, in fact, buy a +10-15% democratic skew on it, I think mail-in and absentee favours a more left mindset, personally). But 95%+ in favour of one party in a state that voted <1.5% differential... Naw.
So I'm supposed to believe that we can shoot a goddamn tesla roadster to mars, but we don't have the technology to accurately tally the votes of citizens where they can also verify it?

Yup, Trump has all the energy. The fraud made it too close in 2016 and actually flipped areas in 2018.
13 house seats flipped in 2018 by boxes of ballots "found", 97% in favour of democrats.
